Why we rebuilt this way

We ran an agency before. It worked, it grew, and then the ground shifted under it. AI changed the economics of content production. Distribution fragmented across platforms no one had heard of three years ago. Buyers started asking AI for recommendations instead of searching. The tools got better and the playbooks got worse.
