What this site is

The pages, blog posts, case studies, and other content on this site describe how we work and what we have learned operating brands. They are written for marketers and operators who are trying to make decisions about their own businesses.

Nothing on this site is investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. If you are about to commit money or make a decision with material consequences, talk to someone who can be accountable for that advice.

Content and copyright

Original Leanboat content — blog posts, case studies, the manifesto, the operating-system descriptions — is copyrighted by Leanboat. You can quote it with attribution. You cannot republish it in full without permission. If you want to use a piece of our writing somewhere larger than a quote, just ask.

Where we cite or link out to other people's work, the copyright belongs to them. We try to attribute clearly. If you see something we missed or got wrong, email us and we will fix it.
